Back in 2017, boxing legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather defeated UFC superstar Conor “The Notorious” Mcgregor in a boxing bout that was broadcasted around the world. Now, the two may fight once more for another spectacular performance.

Hype is rising, and both fighters seem to be ready to set the deal in stone. Such an event could potentially make a run at a PPV sales record, especially considering the notoriety that both fighters have received in the past year.

Floyd Mayweather, 44, is starting to refocus his energy on boxing. Widely regarded as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters of all time and holding a prestigious 50-0 record, his training camp for the upcoming Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul exhibition match has been intense.

Floyd Mayweather recently announced Logan Paul’s warning, posting a picture of himself coated with blood that supposedly came from an exhibition match.

Reports have surfaced that Floyd Mayweather has temporarily removed his girlfriend from his mansion because he wants to eliminate all distractions.

Conor McGregor is similarly ready for the rematch, even revealing how he would train via Twitter.

Though many view him as on the decline in his fighting career, McGregor appears to be in the best shape of his life. His seemingly prime shape may indicate future success at UFC 264, where he’s set to take on Dustin Poirier in the lightweight main event.

Floyd Mayweather is supposedly ready to put all of his fighting belts in Conor’s weight class on the line, a wild prize that may incentivize them to finalize a deal sooner. Floyd Mayweather wants the fight to be scheduled for some time next year.

Their last fight in 2017 highlighted Floyd Mayweather’s composure and McGregor’s lack of a gas tank, something which he’s likely working on in preparation.

Any rematch would undoubtedly go down as one of the most legendary fights of all time and would surely bring in a lot of cash for both sides.
